These terms and conditions (Terms of Use) apply to the use of this website www.lawhandbook.org.au (the Site), operated by Fitzroy Legal Service Inc. (FLS and collectively we, us and our) and the use of the Law Handbook and its contents (the Handbook).

By accessing or using the Handbook, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of any entity and person on whose behalf you act that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you do not have permission to access or use the Handbook.

You agree that copyright in the Handbook and each part thereof vests in FLS and that FLS is the owner of the unregistered trade mark “The Law Handbook” (the Trade Mark)
