The Fines Assist service helps people to manage their fines at all stages of the fines process, from the initial infringement notice, through to contact with the sheriff. Fines Assist is a free service that operates on Fridays at the NJC. The service is available to residents of the City of Yarra, homeless people, and Aboriginal people who have a meaningful connection to the City of Yarra.
