Sexual harassment is unwelcome behaviour of a sexual or sex-based nature, and is unlawful. It includes verbal or physical behaviour, as well as written communication, such as letters, notes, emails, website posts or graffiti. Other forms of sexual harassment are often civilly unlawful under sex discrimination laws (see: Chapter 17 Discrimination).
